Market Day!

Well somehow all the dolls,owls and clothes were ready by last Saturday and Mim and I managed to get ourselves to the lovely Glenbrook Rotary Markets on time (with a little help from family to mind the children) It was lovely to have such support from family, friends and all the kind visitors to our stall who bought our stock and gave us such wonderful feedback. We are encouraged to keep up the production and are setting up our next stall at our sons' pre-school: Rainbow Open Day on the 11th of September.

Here is a sneak peek of my latest creation, still a few minor adjustments to the pattern to make, but I hope to produce a group of these little ladies to sell at our local Glenbrook Markets next month.  

Lovely friends

While I was pregnant this amazing package of home grown fresh produce arrived at my doorstep from the lovely Jo T to make my life easier for a bit...what lovely friends I have here, I'm one lucky lady! Thankyou Jo, hopefully I can return the favour when I get my act together...

I'm loving these wooden figures by Ingela P Arrhenius, what a fantastic idea for wood off-cuts that must be thrown out by the tonne from various schools/factories around the world.

I guess this is my excuse for not blogging for the past 10 months or so! I have been a little preoccupied with the birth of our precious additions, Grace and Oliver.

Some smelly lavender bags for Nanna on her 92nd birthday! Happy Birthday beautiful Nanna! 

I can't believe I haven't posted anything on here for 4 months , guess I have been busy doing other things and finding out we are having twins in the new year!  I suppose that's enough to cope with but I have been preoccupied with my crafty urges.  This is Eliza's birthday present (from July) and she has received and worn it many times - I will have to search for a photo of her in it, she definitely looks GORGEOUS in it!
